So I'm inclined to think she's a hack that doesn't have the experience, wisdom, confidence, humility and grace to know better any better. You have every right to be supremely perturbed! From my perspective, it sounds like she had a lot going on trying to get this PSA (I would probably be amazed at how much work goes into one, or shes make more out of it than it is, either way), but it is no excuse for her not to get back to you. If she needs to volunteer or hire someone to be her assistant to do that stuff, great! If not, then she should be prepared to make all the calls, reserve all the locations, and do a whole bunch of things.
